Sometimes in life, things feel too hard to handle. We face problems that seem too big, dreams that feel too far away, or situations that look hopeless. In those moments, it’s easy to feel like giving up. But the truth is, nothing is impossible with God.
That may sound like just a nice saying, but it’s much more than that. It’s a promise. In Luke 1:37, the angel said to Mary, “For nothing will be impossible with God.” She was told she would have a baby, even though she was a virgin. What sounded impossible to her was made possible by God’s power. That same power is still alive today.
There are many stories in the Bible where people faced impossible odds. David was just a young boy when he faced Goliath, a giant warrior. No one believed he could win. But with God’s help, David brought him down with a single stone. That wasn’t luck—that was God. It shows that when we trust Him, even our biggest problems can fall.
Abraham and Sarah were very old when God told them they would have a child. They laughed at first because it seemed crazy. But God kept His promise. In Genesis 18:14, God asked, “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” The answer was no then—and it’s still no today.
We may face health issues, financial problems, broken relationships, or deep fears. And yes, some situations may look impossible to us. But God doesn’t see limits the way we do. He can open doors that no one else can. He can heal, restore, and provide in ways we never expected.
Jesus said in Matthew 19:26, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” That means when we come to the end of our strength, God’s strength begins. When we can’t find a way, He makes one. It doesn’t mean everything will happen exactly how or when we want—but it means we are never stuck, never alone, and never without hope.
Faith is believing even when we don’t see how. It’s trusting that God is working behind the scenes. It’s praying and not giving up, even when the answer hasn’t come yet. It’s remembering that the same God who made the stars and split the sea can help you in your life right now.
